Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cyber+, a publishing platform for the information security community operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. Cyber Plus, Inc.] ("Cyber+," "we," "us"). By creating an account, reading content, or publishing content on Cyber+, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create a Cyber+ account. If you are using Cyber+ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us at security@gocyberplus.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you publish on Cyber+ (your "Content"). By submitting Content, you grant Cyber+ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You represent that your Content does not infringe third-party rights, does not violate any law, and does not include content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Paid subscriptions and writer payouts
Some publications on Cyber+ may offer paid subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Writers receive payouts subject to the platform fee disclosed on the pricing page at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations pending investigation.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of Cyber+ is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
6. Intellectual property and copyright complaints
Cyber+ respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Cyber+ infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright page for instructions.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Cyber+ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber+ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cyber+ does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any defects will be corrected.
Content published on Cyber+ reflects the views of its authors and is provided for informational purposes only. Cyber+ does not endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any Content, including technical claims, security advisories, or proof-of-concept code.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber+ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Cyber+. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cyber+ harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Cyber+ after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION, e.g. the State of Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [VENUE, e.g. Wilmington, Delaware].
